C1. CHOOSE STYLE
Clicking on - Choose style - opens the list to select the desired rhythm.
BPM (150) - CATEGORIES - TIME SIGNATURE T.S (2/4)
When we click on Choose Style
to choose a music styles, we can see:
• BPM - which is the tempo of each pattern (for example 150 bpm).
• In which category we are, eg Macedonia, Pontus etc.
• Time Signature ie 2/4 , 4/4 etc (T.S.)
Below we choose one of the rhythms we want eg Aptalikos.)
Pressing MUTE opens a new screen that says DRUM PARTS ON / OFF.
You can mute and unmute a specific sound.
When the function is activated the Pad turns red and the sound
stops playing, while if we press it again the sound continues to play.
The RESET button deactivates all PADS.
The EXIT button it returns to the selected rhythm category.
Pressing the LOCK button while playing a rhythm (eg Hasapikos 110bpm),
you can "lock" the speed to 110bpm.
When you change rhythm and put eg Hasaposervikos 125,
it will start where you have locked it.
When LOCK is activated it is red.
Pressing the RESET button while the rhythm is playing resets the rhythm at the first beat
of the meter.
Recommended for 8/8 Zeibekikos etc.
D4. SYNC (stop)
Pressing the SYNC button while playing a rhythm ,
stops the rhythm and at the same time plays the first beat of the meter.
Recommended for 3/8, 5/8 in Zeibekikos rhythm etc.
E1. STD / VAR / INTRO / FILL / BR / END STD: The Standart button is the basic rhythm. When you choose a rhythm you hear
directly the Std pattern.
IN: By pressing the Intro button after selecting a rhythm, it counts the corresponding time for you to start
the basic rhythm.
For example in Zeibekikos if you press INTRO it will start counting from 7 - (7-8-9).
FILL: By pressing the Fill button while the rhythm is playing,
the rhythmic phrases are heard from the drums and it automatically
returns to the basic rhythm (STD).
BR: In the Greek Styles category (1st category) we find the BREAK button.
It is a small rhythmic filling
with the difference that it stops at the beginning or in the middle of the measure (depending on the rhythm). After filling,
automatically returns to STD.
END: Pressing the End button while the rhythm is playing makes a small rhythmic fill
and ends the rhythm.
VAR: The Variation button is more complex than the STD button.
Usually used in chorus.
INΒ: Pressing the Intro B button after selecting a rhythm gives you
the appropriate time to start
the standard pattern (STD) or VAR pattern depending on the category.
By pressing the Fill B button while the rhythm is playing,
the rhythmic phrases with different variations are heard from the drums and it automatically
returns to VAR button).
ENDB: Pressing the End B button while the rhythm is playing makes a small rhythmic fill
and ends the rhythm. The ending takes a little longer.
Z1. 12 PADS (C-B) 12 PADS: Pressing one of the 12 buttons plays Isocrates (for example C3 & C4).
It is usually used for study, before the rhythm begins or for a solo / Taxim.
They are not major or minor.
Their volume is adjusted from menu (photo (B3. MENU - SETTINGS)).
